on 29. November 2018

As a blogger I write about the good things in life, about my life as mum, travelling and lifestyle. Well, I will keep on writing about that, but as well you gonna find everything about fairness and sustainability. Not because it is a trend. More because it is my duty as human being on a very blessed part in europe.

Nun habe ich die Doku “the price of free” gesehen.

As a European,

I live in the promised land. On the continent where milk and honey flows, where we are sometimes too obsessed with lifestyle, our  Hygge life, and where we have time and money to worry about unnecessary things. Sure, a lot fight about their good life, but honestly, we fight about the best place in the sun, but are somehow almost everyone is on the sundeck. And if you now read my post, and you think that is crazy, then I ask the following question. Do you have a PC, smartphone, tablet on which you read this? Do you have a heated apartment, food in the fridge, and above all, can you read what’s in here? If so, then you are rich.

And I am, because I have all that and can still write about our life. As you know, I also do product testing on the blog. Now I have seen the documentary “the price of free”, and at the same time I am worrying about my child, wanting the best for the children of this world, and at this point fuse has blown.

I do not want to tell you more about trends, or to test clothes that were sewn by children’s hands.
I want to tell you about UPCYCLING, SUSTAINABILITY and FAIRNESS.
In our everyday life, clothing, housing and also in education.

Personally we do have massive problems right now in the kindergarten, which are related to the miserable care key, and the loveless pedagogical system, in Austria. But I can solve this problem. I’ll write a post about that in another place. But – children in systems without network and without social protection do not have that luxury. They can not choose which school, kindergarten or job suits them. They have to work, without questions, without holidays, without an honest salary.

That’s why this blog is now adapted to this topic. Because I do not have enough tears to describe my sorrow. Because I do not change anything, when I cry and complain that these children have no perspective.

I change something, no matter how small, if I change my ENGAGEMENT, my CONSUMER BEHAVIOR, and just as important, if I talk about it, and take you on this journey.

Whenever you have ideas, suggestions for social projects, upcycling ideas, if you’re a company, who want to share their ideas, write me. I like to report about it, share my experiences.

By the way, the blogger Dariadaria, who is dealing with her original fashion and lifestyle blog, is now very involved in the field of sustainability and fairness. Great  thing from a Blogger with that kind of range to do something good with it!

Let’s do it together, change the world, from the inside, and do not wait for someone else to do it!
